Today was fun grading, but also a bit difficult. I have become used to grading harshly because of the peer grading I had to do last year in AP World History. I became over sensitive to my peers faults in their essay. So today, I did not get any of the scores right. All of the scores I gave were a number too low. I thought I was being lenient on the scoring, but apparently not. I need to practice on my grading skills, or else I am going to be misleading the authors of the papers I grade in class. So basically, I just need to break my old habits and practice the new and correct habits in grading.
